Order Processing

Orders received are usually dispatched within  7 working days of receipt, unless advised otherwise

 

Shipping Times
Dependent on location, goods are usually sent via our inhouse delivery service or external freight courier/ transport company and actual delivery times are according to the individual external company timetable for each area. Tracking information will be sent to customers so as to have as much information as is available on the delivery.

 

Shipping Costs

$30 delivery from Palmerston North CBD to Wellington CBD.

All other locations POA

For rural delivery larger mats to nearest depot due to local courier restrictions.

Local Pickup
Collection can be arranged from our showroom in Oxford Street, Levin. Please contact us if your preference is to do this.

Returns
For goods to be returned we must be advised within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must then be returned in un-used condition and must include customer details or /and copy of receipt.

Return goods to be sent to the Norca Rug Company C/- 248 Oxford Street, Levin.

Return freight 
Costs are at customers expense and will not be refunded unless in the case of faulty products.

Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send to us at norcarugs@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will contact you regarding arrangements on getting the items back to us and send you a replacement accordingly.

 

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Exchanges can be made. Please advise of your requirements before returning original order so as to ascertain that we are able to accommodate your exchange request.

Cancellations or changes to an order can be made up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us immediately to make the changes. Current contact details are on our website.
