RETURNS & REFUNDS

We're not happy unless you're happy

and we understand that sometimes things just aren't meant to be.

We want to make the return & refund process as smooth as possible, because we really do value your custom

7 DAYS

Our refund or exchange policy is for 7 days after receipt of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned to us within 7 days in original, new, un-used condition. 

No need to provide the original packaging, but please ensure the rug is packaged in such a way to prevent any damage.to it.

Sorry, but we can't accept the rug if its received damaged because it wasn't packaged as well as it could be

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will advise you by email whether or not it has been accepted for refund. If accepted, your refund will be processed in the original method of payment within 5 days.

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days of our email please contact your bank or credit card company as there is often a processing delay. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at norcarugs@gmail.com

Only regular priced items can be refunded. We regret sale items can not be refunded unless faulty.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please be aware that we will not exchange at our expense items where variations in their appearance varies from those seen in our store or online store. If you wish to exchange one for the same or another item, please contact us by email first at norcarugs@gmail.com
