Orders received are usually dispatched within 7 working days, (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless advised otherwise
Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.

Where location allows, goods are sent via our inhouse delivery service. Otherwise an external freight courier/ transport company is employed and actual delivery times are according to the external company timetable for each area.
$30 delivery from Palmerston North CBD to Wellington CBD.

For rural address, delivery may be to the nearest freight courier/ transport company depot due to local courier restrictions.
Instore pickup at our showroom in Oxford Street, Levin is available Tues - Fri 10.30am to 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For goods to be returned we must be advised within 7 days of receiving your item and must include customer details and/or copy of receipt.
It must be returned in its original, new and unused condition. Please ensure the rug is packaged in such a way to prevent any damage to it.

Costs are at customers expense and will not be refunded unless in the case of faulty products.
In the event your order arrives damaged, please take photos and send to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please advise of your requirements before returning original order to ascertain that we are able to accommodate your exchange request.
Cancellations or changes to an order can be made up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us immediately to make the changes.
